Nanban Movie Release Date

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s much expected film Nanban shooting has been going fast. Director Shankar recently has completed the second schedule of the movie in Dehradun.
Nanban Release Date - Diwali 2011?
Directed by Shankar Nanban features Vijay, Ileana, Jiiva, Srikanth, Sathyaraj, Sathyan and SJ Surayah. As per sources nearly 40 percent of the movie is over. Music director Harris Jayaraj has already completed three out of the six songs in the album.
As per sources in another 4 months the entire shoot of the film will be over and its post production work may start. Nanban produced by Gemini Film Circuit is expected to be a Big 2011 Diwali release.
So this Diwali all Vijay fans get ready for fireworks on screen!

Vijay's 'Pagalavan' to rise after Elections

Vijay has completed Velayutham and has moved on to Nanban with Shankar but before joining this Shankar camp in Dehradun, where the shooting of Nanban is taking place, he met Seeman and spoke to him about Pagalavan.

Seeman has finished the writing of the script. It is reported that Vijay is the one who told Seeman to put off the film’s shoot since the elections are close by. Since Vijay is busy with Nanban in Dehradun with co-stars Jiiva and Srikanth, he is likely to join Seeman only shortly before May once the elections come to an end.

Pagalavan will be a powerful film for Vijay since firebrand Seeman is the director of the film, say sources. Both Seeman and Vijay share common interests and Pagalavan is more likely to be oriented towards their common interests.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Nanban and Velayudham seem to be the most probable releases for 2011, now here is some latest news from the actors much talked about flickPagalavan(Another name of Sun in Tamil). The movie has already created much furore among fans for Vijay teaming up with the controversial director Seeman for this new flick. Sometime back there was news that the actor will be playing a doctor providing relief to the EelamTamils in the movie, but now close sources reveal that the actor will is all set to don the role of a social revolutionary.
Moreover Seeman has scripted some real chest-thumping vociferous dialogues that will see Ilayathalapathy Vijay breath fire onscreen.
Vijay heard the final take on the movie from Seeman who has completely sketched out all the scenes and on hearing the script coupled with those punchy nerve racking punch lines the actor was so pumped that he himself expressed a keen interest to kick start the project soon.
The only hindrance on the road being whether it will be Kalaipuli S Thanu or Super Good films banner producing the movie, as the former seems to have shown a disinterest in funding the project. Vijay recently completed his Velayudhamshoots and is putting up with Director Shankar’s Nanban team in the river valleys of Dehradun. All production deals relating to Pagalvan will be sorted out soon as the project will kick start as soon as elections are done with.
One thing we can assure is that Pagalvan will definitely be a boon for Vijay’s political image and no one could have predicted a better timing for this project as it will strongly favor in multiplying the ‘mass hero’ image of the actor.
